Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects in line with organizational goals
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating teams and partners to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor progress, track performance, and prepare reports for stakeholders and donors
- Manage project resources and finances, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain proper documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, support advocacy efforts, and contribute to fundraising initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in NGOs
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in monitoring & evaluation, grant writing, and donor reporting
- Ability to manage budgets and work with diverse communities
- Passion for social impact, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
