Support the planning and delivery of programmes including workshops, film screenings, book clubs, library and community initiatives, with growth into a Programmes Manager role.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, workshops, and community programmes.
- Manage logistics (venues, vendors, facilitators, materials, tech).
- Support non-lending library operations.
- Track participation, feedback, and budgets.
- Maintain calendars, SOPs, and programme reports.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in programme coordination/events/operations.
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel between Lagos and Ibadan.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace & project tools.
- Passion for growth and social impact.
- Experience in the nonprofit or cultural/education sector (Preferred).
- Community/event coordination experience (Preferred).
- Interest in Nigerian cultural and indigenous knowledge systems (Preferred).
