Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tenders and RFPs within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals.
- Maintain pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and company profiles.
- Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies for permits, certifications, and filings.
- Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, tendering, and regulatory processes.
Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
