Project Manager
Job summary
We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to take ownership of a full programme portfolio, driving delivery from concept to completion in close collaboration with government agencies, technology teams, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and detailed project plans.
- Manage project resources and team members, and provide strategic and operational support to the Executive Management Team.
- Coordinate project activities, assign responsibilities, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply project management tools and methodologies to keep projects within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, government agencies, partners, and executives, managing expectations and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and status reviews, ensuring proper documentation of decisions and action points.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial controls and project governance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with organisational policies.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and mentor team members to strengthen performance and accountability.
- Develop new partnerships and sustain existing strategic relationships with relevant government institutions and partners.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC qualification
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
