Product Developer

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development process from concept to MVP launch, working closely with the technical team.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and development plans.
• Coordinate the integration of hardware components (sensors, meters, control units) with the software platform.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on product features based on technical feasibility and user needs.
• Maintain and manage the product roadmap and development timeline.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions, particularly within the BEMS/smart metering space.
• Work with the founding team to define product-market fit as the company scales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product development, ideally with exposure to hardware-software integrated products or IoT.
• Familiarity with product management tools - Notion, Trello, Jira- and prototyping tools - Figma.
• Basic understanding of energy systems, smart metering, or building management systems is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, builder mindset suited to a startup environment.
