Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily JMS activities and field operations.
- Support the deployment and supervision of drivers and journey personnel.
- Monitor journeys and ensure compliance with safety procedures and client requirements.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and escalate incidents, delays, and other operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports.
- Support compliance with company policies and client SLAs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
