Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator
Job summary
The Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator will turn plans, commitments, and partnerships into consistent, documented execution. The role coordinates customer delivery, vendor and installer follow-through, platform and hardware activities, operational records, and recurring management reporting.

Responsibilities:
Programme and execution coordination:
- Maintain the operating plan, action tracker, timelines, dependencies, risk register and decision log.
- Coordinate activities across customer delivery, hardware, software, finance, legal and external partners.
- Follow up with action owners and escalate delayed, blocked or high-risk activities promptly.
- Prepare weekly execution reviews showing progress, priorities, risks, decisions and evidence.
Customer service and delivery
- Maintain an accurate register of customers, prospects, open issues, commitments and next actions.
- Coordinate customer-delivery plans and provide timely written progress updates.
- Track service issues through to resolution or an agreed and documented action plan.
- Support onboarding, installation scheduling, commissioning, acceptance and post-installation follow-up.
Vendor, installer and field coordination
- Coordinate communication with meter suppliers, connectivity providers, installers, developers and service partners.
- Track quotations, documentation, technical dependencies, delivery dates and outstanding actions
- Support site-readiness assessments, field visits, installation planning and commissioning activities.
- Maintain vendor, procurement, installation, asset and service records.
Product and pilot coordination:
- Coordinate business inputs required for peGrid, hardware pilots, integrations, testing and user acceptance.

- Help ensure that customer and operational requirements are reflected in product priorities.
- Support structured user-acceptance testing and milestone evidence collection.
Documentation, controls and reporting:
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, meeting notes and responsibility trackers.
- Organise contracts, proposals, invoices, procurement documents and acceptance records.
- Support expense, procurement and payment documentation without independently approving expenditure.
- Prepare concise weekly management reports and structured monthly investor or adviser updates.

- Coordinate and document at least one end-to-end pilot or customer-delivery process, subject to programme readiness and required approvals.
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, service delivery, implementation, customer success or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating work across customers, internal teams, vendors or external service providers.
- Strong written communication and business-documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed trackers, timelines, meeting records, process documents and management reports.
- Ability to manage several interdependent workstreams and escalate delivery risks early.
- Confidence following up with senior stakeholders, vendors, customers and technical partners.
- Practical proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and tools such as Notion, Asana or ClickUp.
- Lagos-based and available for occasional customer, vendor and installation visits.
- Able to work independently in a lean, founder-led business with evolving priorities and limited supervision.
Expertise:
- Energy, utilities, property technology, fintech, telecommunications, IoT or infrastructure exposure.
- Experience supporting hardware installations, technical implementations, field operations or multi-party projects.

- Experience in an early-stage company, consulting environment or business-transformation programme.
- Basic understanding of product requirements, user-acceptance testing and issue tracking.
