Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on laptops, phones, and scanners.
- Install software, OS updates, and configure staff devices.
- Advise management on purchasing quality laptops, phones, and hardware.
- Track and log all IT assets moving in and out of the company.
- Set up IT equipment at new pickup stations and operational hubs.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT desktop support or hardware management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, operating systems, and network peripherals.
- Knowledge of IT procurement standards and hardware specifications.
- Organized with strong tracking and inventory management skills.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
