Project Support Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to assist the Project Manager with coordinating, documenting, following through, and executing hospitality assignments. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, organised, and willing to grow into a Project leadership capacity
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in tracking ongoing deliverables
- Implement sales strategies to grow revenue across travel and hospitality services
- Lead sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Support departmental initiatives, workshops, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and project calendar
- Coordinate vendor follow-up, invoices, and project calendars
- Assist in planning and execution of hospitality trainings and events
- Prepare activity reports and status updates
- Communicate timelines to involved stakeholders
- Ensure materials, deliverables, and service items are properly recorded
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, administrative support, project coordination, or hospitality-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or hospitality function
