Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans, schedules, and timelines that align with company goals and market demands.
- Coordinate
production activities across different departments, including bespoke, bridal
and RTW.
- Assess and allocate the necessary tailors and material resources for each project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of fabric and production processes, and abilities in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving.
- Organization and project management: Strong time management, organization, and the ability to oversee design projects from start to finish.
- Problem-solving: quickly identifying and resolving issues related to production, supply chains, or quality control.
- Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data to optimize schedules, minimize waste, and manage budgets effectively.
