Job Summary
We are looking for experienced scrum masters to oversee and guide various development teams at our customer sites. The scrum master shall ensure development teams are introduced to the agile methodology and they follow the scrum framework values and best agile practices while aiding the team to deliver incremental value.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Using agile project management methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with the product owner and senior management to gather key requirements and create high-level stories for the project.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance, and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes and deliverables
- Educating and improving the team's awareness of agile methodology
Requirements:
- Scrum Master Certificate or evidence of sufficient training
- At least five years of experience as a scrum master on a project
- Working knowledge of agile methodology and techniques, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
