Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall product and brand development.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Conduct research and analyze data to understand user needs and behaviours and use the insights to inform design decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product and business teams.
• Understand scope, and requirements, and drive innovative solutions aligned with business goals and metrics.
• Effectively apply research and data in design decisions.
• Use and evolve internal design systems.
• Stay on top of the game by researching the latest trends in visual, UI, and interaction design and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Iterate design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and to design specifications.
• Maintain a consistent design language and style across products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a product designer.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, Visual design and interaction challenges.
• Proficiency in creating prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
