Procurement Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely availability of high-quality ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies while maintaining cost efficiency and strong vendor performance.

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies in line with company needs
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards to ensure the best value for the business
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation accurately
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, storekeeper, and management teams to determine stock requirements
- Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery reliability
- Compare supplier quotations to ensure cost efficiency and competitive pricing
- Ensure timely procurement to prevent stock shortages or operational disruptions
- Maintain proper and up-to-date procurement records and supplier database
- Report supplier issues, price changes, and supply risks promptly to management
- Support overall operational efficiency through effective procurement planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (F&B experience is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good organizational and record-keeping ability
- Close attention to detail and cost awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
