Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update stock records using Retail Man Software.
• Monitor stock levels and report products that need restocking.
• Carry out regular stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Receive and record incoming products.
• Track damaged, expired, returned, or missing items.
• Attend to customers and help them choose suitable cosmetics and beauty products.
• Meet sales targets and promote products effectively.
• Arrange products neatly and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Maintain a clean and attractive cosmetics section.
• Assist with promotions and special sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, retail sales, or a similar role.
• Must have practical experience using Retail Man Software.
• Experience selling cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products is required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer use.
• Ability to keep accurate records and pay attention to details.
• Must be friendly, responsible, and able to work with little supervision.
