Warehouse Officer
Job summary
To support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring accurate stock receiving, proper storage, controlled issuance of inventory, and timely dispatch preparation, while maintaining high standards of record accuracy, material handling, and compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods and materials, ensuring accurate verification against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications (Stock Receiving Accuracy).
- Inspect received items for quantity, quality, and condition, and report any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and system entry of all received goods into the inventory system.
- Label and store materials appropriately based on warehouse layout and storage guidelines.
- Control and monitor the issuance of stock, ensuring all materials are issued only with proper authorization and documentation (Stock Issuance Control).
- Verify and record all stock movements accurately to maintain traceability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring all transactions are properly captured in the system (Inventory Record Accuracy).
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and escalate discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure easy identification, accessibility, and optimal space utilization (Storage Organization).
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, stacked, and stored in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare items for dispatch by picking, packing, and verifying orders against dispatch documentation (Dispatch Preparation).
- Ensure all outgoing goods are accurate, properly packaged, and ready for timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
