Principal

Responsibilities:

• Full integration of both British and Nigerian curriculums
• Development and review of the school development plan
• Idea generation and strategy development
• Monitoring teacher lesson notes 
• Ensuring students are achieving their academic potential. 
• Maintaining an updated school curriculum 
• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities of the school 
• Ensure strict implementation of all school policies. 
• Constantly exploring ways to improve the efficiency of school systems and processes. 
• All other ad-hoc tasks associated with the job
• Review and development of departmental budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Master’s degree in education or Education administration or other relevant degrees
• Valid teaching license 
• Certifications regarding work with Cambridge or the British council are preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Solution-oriented and the ability to adapt to change.

Location: Benin

Remuneration:

• For a Nigerian candidate NGN 600,000 - 700,000 with accommodation and transportation allowance
• Foreign candidate NGN 1.3 - 1.5 million with accommodation and transportation allowance.
