Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, activities, and academic projects.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in students.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a structured school environment.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools in teaching
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
