Photographer

Responsibilities

• Photography Execution: Capture high-quality, compelling, and creatively composed photographs for various projects, including product shoots, events, portraits, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for photo shoots that align with the project objectives and brand identity.
• Editing and Retouching: Proficiently edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining authenticity. Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for post-production work.
• Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate photo shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and talent management. Ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth photography session.
• Visual Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's visual brand identity through impactful and cohesive photography.
• Quality Control: Uphold high-quality standards for all photographs, ensuring they meet the organization's guidelines and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with graphic designers, art directors, and other team members to integrate photography seamlessly into multimedia projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity.
• Proficiency in photography equipment, editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and studio lighting.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Knowledge of current photography trends and techniques.
• Previous experience in commercial or advertising photography is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all photography projects.
