Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Choose the most impactful and relevant photographs for various projects, publications, or campaigns.
- Enhance and retouch photographs using photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure photographs align with the narrative and brand identity.
- Find and acquire high-quality images from various sources, including stock photo agencies, photographers, or archives.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain a library of photographs, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Understanding of visual storytelling principles and ability to convey messages through images.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional skills:
- Basic understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Certifications in photo editing software or related fields.
