Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Providing Expert Instruction: Teach students proper drumming techniques, including stick control, rhythm, timing, and coordination, while adapting lessons to different skill levels.
- Developing Lesson Plans: Create structured lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, covering music theory, drumming patterns, and performance techniques.
- Assessing Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their drumming skills.
- Preparing Students for Performances: Assist students in preparing for recitals, auditions, competitions, or live performances by refining their technique and boosting their confidence.
- Maintaining Equipment and Resources: Ensure drums and percussion instruments are in good condition, educate students on proper instrument care, and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in music teaching
- Ability to engage and work well with young children
- Reliable and ready to start immediately
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
