The role of Operations Manager (Facility Manager) is to oversee the management and maintenance of properties and facilities. This includes coordinating repairs, supervising on-site staff, and optimizing operational efficiency to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of supervision and control of all facilities within a built environment. (diesel consumption, security, generators, e.t.c)
- Prepare facility operations and maintenance documents for effective business operations.
- Management of SLAs with all vendors and contractors.
- Proper supervision of teams, service providers, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple sites and be ready to work anywhere in the country.
- Must be emotionally intelligent.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Efficient in Planned Preventive Maintenance.
