Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Site & Artisan Coordination: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workers, artisans, and contractors.
- Materials & Procurement: Assist with local procurement and audit site inventory.
- Documentation & Tracking: Keep precise logs of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Quality & Operations: Inspect artisan craftsmanship against company standards, ensure site safety and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Entry-Level Candidate
- Architecture Background (Plus): A background or degree in Architecture is a strong advantage.
- Design Tool Knowledge: Basic knowledge of design or architectural tools (Figma, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like ClickUp.
- Strong Soft Skills: Process-driven, highly organized, and confident communicating with site workers, vendors, and team members.
- Integrity & Mobility: 100% trustworthy with records/funds and fully willing to commute across active project sites in Port Harcourt.
