Job summary
The Online Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services through online channels such as social media, websites, email, and messaging platforms. The role involves interacting with customers, handling inquiries, closing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, live chat, and other online platforms
- Promote products and services through digital channels (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, websites)
- Guide customers through the buying process and close sales
- Process orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (may vary)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (especially online sales is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.)
