Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to online customer inquiries regarding solar panels, inverters, and storage systems.
  • Identify customer energy needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Nurture leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and feedback



Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
