We are seeking an Onboarding & Accounts Manager who will be responsible for signing up new hotels and accommodation partners, managing ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring compliance with our onboarding standards, achieving onboarding and partnership growth targets, and supporting partners to succeed on our platform.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Hotel Onboarding & Compliance:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new hotels onto TheTravelHunters platform.
- Guide partners through the full onboarding process (documentation, rate setup, room availability, images, compliance checks).
- Ensure all partner listings meet the company’s content and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure hotels remain compliant with operational and service-level expectations.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with hotel owners, managers, and reception teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner concerns, account support, and performance improvements.
- Educate partners on best practices to improve visibility, pricing, and conversion on TheTravelHunters.com.
- Manage escalations between partners and the customer support team.
Performance & Growth:
- Meet monthly onboarding targets and activate new hotels across priority cities.
- Monitor hotel performance dashboards and work with partners to boost bookings.
- Run periodic training sessions to help partners optimize their listings.
- Provide insights on regional hotel supply gaps and market opportunities.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations, Content, Customer Support, and Marketing teams.
- Support the rollout of new features, pricing models, and promotions to partner hotels.
- Report onboarding progress, partner issues, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hotel onboarding, partner management, account management, or marketplace compliance (preferred in hospitality, travel-tech, e-commerce, or fintech).
- Experience working with vendors, SMEs, or marketplace suppliers.
- Proven record of hitting onboarding or sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Good understanding of compliance, documentation flows, and verification processes.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and locations simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets.
