Offline Sales Representative
Job summary
This role is designed for experienced international logistics sales professionals. The company is in an expansion phase, and the first year is strictly results-driven, with systematic training provided.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop international logistics clients in the Nigerian market
- Maintain and grow personal client portfolios with consistent shipment output
- Execute sales activities based on company-approved routes and pricing
- Participate in offline market development in key areas such as Trade Fair and Alaba
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of frontline international logistics or freight forwarding sales experience
- Proven track record of independent client development (not back-office or follow-up roles)
- Familiarity with the Nigerian local market
- Ability to clearly explain client sources, sales process, and shipment logic
This Role Is NOT Suitable For:
- Candidates without real sales experience or requiring basic training
- Salespeople are fully dependent on company-assigned clients
- Those unwilling to be evaluated primarily on results
