Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall cleanliness and proper sanitation of the office workspace
  • Carry out routine cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking of office supplies
  • Monitor office supplies and place requests for replenishment when necessary
  • Promptly report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Run official errands and assignments as directed
  • Attend to basic clerical and administrative duties
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager


Requirements:

  • Minimum of O’Level qualification
  • Proximity to the office location in Asaba
  • Prior experience in a real estate office is an added advantage
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Honest, responsible, and well-organized
