Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall cleanliness and proper sanitation of the office workspace
- Carry out routine cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking of office supplies
- Monitor office supplies and place requests for replenishment when necessary
- Promptly report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Run official errands and assignments as directed
- Attend to basic clerical and administrative duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of O’Level qualification
- Proximity to the office location in Asaba
- Prior experience in a real estate office is an added advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized
