Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly music sessions in assigned schools (public or private)
- Teach vocal warm-ups, group harmony, movement, and musical confidence
- Use YMV's structured curriculum, digital portal, and songbooks
- Prepare students for school-level showcases and the YMV Arena Concert
- Inspire students with a mix of fun, discipline, and passion for music
Requirements:
- Strong background in music (singing or instrument proficiency a plus)
- Ability to teach and lead children in a group setting
- Clear communication skills, confidence, and patience
- Must be passionate about youth development, education, and creativity
- Ability to commit to regular weekly sessions (during school hours or weekends)
- Prior teaching experience or NYSC music involvement is a bonus
