We are seeking a Lead Elementary Teacher(6 - 12years) to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children aged 6-12
- Create a welcoming and safe learning environment that promotes independent learning and exploration
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, management and colleagues
- Plan and implement engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the different learning styles of students
- Foster a love of learning and instill a sense of curiosity and wonder in each child
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all school policies, procedures, and regulations.
