Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Montessori teaching staff.
- Plan and coordinate daily classroom activities and learning schedules.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and management.
- Utilize computer skills to prepare reports and learning materials.
Requirements:
- Female candidate.
- Qualification: B.Ed or B.Sc plus PGD, with a Diploma in Montessori.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a reputable creche or Montessori school.
- Strong communication skills and team leadership ability.
- Excellent knowledge of classroom management, work schemes, and SOPs.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must live in or close to Surulere.
