Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Develop promotional materials, including flyers and social media content.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.


Branding & Public Relations

  • Enhance brand visibility through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work with influencers, food bloggers, and media partners to enhance brand positioning.
  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and event marketing efforts.


Product Marketing & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the product development team to launch new products successfully.
  • Marketing products to new supermarkets to expand distribution and increase market presence.
  • Coordinate deliveries with drivers and follow up on invoices to ensure accurate reconciliation and timely payments.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and strategies.


Budget & Performance Monitoring

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Track ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
