Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Montessori-based lessons to young children.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures in daily classroom operations.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Use basic computer skills to prepare teaching materials and reports.
Requirements:
- Female candidate.
- Qualification: B.Ed or B.Sc plus PGD, with a Diploma in Montessori.
- 2-4 years experience in a reputable creche or early childhood school.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Knowledgeable in classroom management and work schemes.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must live in or close to Surulere.
