Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing potential loan clients through marketing and referrals.
- Evaluating loan applications and conducting credit checks to assess risk.
- Preparing loan documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Managing loan portfolios and following up on repayments to minimize defaults.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieving set monthly loan disbursement and recovery targets.
- Preparing periodic reports on loan performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
