Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through effective and innovative sales strategies
- Prospect for new clients and develop a strong customer base
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.)
- Strong passion for relationship building and people engagement
- Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Sales experience is an added advantage (but not compulsory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
