Legal Support Administrator
Job summary
Legal Services Administrator required to support UK legal administration across multiple practice areas, including Legal Aid matters. You will onboard clients, assist with form completion, attract and engage enquiries online, and manage each client’s administrative process while coordinating with UK solicitors and barristers on their behalf.

Responsibilities:
Client Attraction & Onboarding:
- Engage potential clients online.
- Identify individuals who require legal support.
- Explain our legal administrative process clearly.
- Assist clients in completing required legal forms, including Legal Aid documentation where applicable.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complete.
Client Management:
- Take responsibility for allocated clients.
- Record and manage details of their case requirements.
- Maintain structured communication with clients throughout the process.
- Coordinate documentation and updates with partnered UK solicitors and barristers.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and organise legal files.
- Maintain accurate records and digital documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UK legal administrative standards.
- Support multi-department legal workflows.
Working Structure:
- Operate as part of the UK office.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Work remotely while maintaining structured reporting and accountability.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- An understanding of UK Legal Aid processes is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
