Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across multiple branding service verticals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Represent Branda in virtual client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of proven success in B2B sales or business development.
- A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with prior experience achieving a monthly target close to ₦12 million or more.
- A strong professional network and the ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a true self-starter who excels without being micromanaged.
- A strong belief in a performance-driven work culture.
- Prospect a minimum of 20 leads daily until your target is met.
Your Earnings: Our Performance-Based Compensation Structure
Our compensation model is designed to reward top performers. Please read and understand this structure completely before applying.
Phase 1: Pre-Confirmation (First 2 Months)
- To qualify for Base salary payment, you must meet at least 50% of your sales target, But you don't you take home the commission only.
- If you meet the 50% target, your compensation will be:
- ₦100,000 monthly salary
- 3% commission on all earnings
- ₦10,000 monthly stipend for meeting all daily tasks
- Performance bonus: ₦50,000 (Hit 85% or more of the sales target)
- Failure to meet at least 25% of your sales target within the first two months will result in termination of employment.
Phase 2: Post-Confirmation
After successfully meeting your sales target for two consecutive months, you will be confirmed and your compensation will be increased to:
- ₦140,000 monthly fixed salary
- 3% commission on all sales
- ₦10,000 monthly stipend: (for meeting all daily tasks of prospecting 20 clients daily)
- Performance bonus: ₦50,000 (Hit 85% or more of the sales target)
Performance-Based Payment Definition: All payments are contingent upon meeting specific sales targets and expectations. No results, no income.
