Junior Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual development and execution of key client projects including company profiles, investor decks, pitch presentations, brochures, and reports.
• Oversee the creative development of marketing materials, campaign assets, social media visuals, and advertising designs.
• Ensure all work meets Lida Digital’s quality standards and aligns with the client’s brand identity and goals.
• Direct and collaborate with freelance or contract designers as needed for project support.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all internal and client-facing materials.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to translate brand strategy into world-class visuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standards to keep Lida’s design output modern and relevant.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role (preferably agency or brand side).
• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work (especially brochures, profiles, decks, and B2B materials).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and detail.
• Ability to think conceptually and execute with polish.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience guiding or managing designers is a plus.
• Basic motion design/video editing knowledge is an advantage.
