Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Business Analyst with strong experience in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) to support our growing product development efforts. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting the configuration and options.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with CTO, developers, KYC/Onboarding and business teams to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
  • Analyze apps, technology, workflows and processes to recommend automation opportunities and solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation (user stories, process flows, use cases, etc.).


Zoho CRM Configuration & Support

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules (e.g., Leads, Clients, Service Providers, Deals, Campaigns).
  • Set up workflows, automation rules, email templates, dashboards, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and recommend improvements.


Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute test cases for new product features and CRM workflows.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist end-users during rollout.
  • Track bugs and ensure issues are resolved before production release.


Product Development Support

  • Work closely with the development team during the design and implementation phases.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all business logic, data mapping, and user flows.
  • Support product rollouts by creating training guides and onboarding materials.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally with startup or tech company experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Zoho CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce, and HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, business processes, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with UAT, testing methodologies, and bug-tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum practices and tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho Projects.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

 

Additional Skills:

  • Experience working with other Zoho One apps (Zoho Desk, Campaigns, Creator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Zoho Flow, or APIs.
  • A basic understanding of SQL, HTML, or scripting languages is a plus.
