Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, promoting our real estate products, and providing expert financial guidance to clients. This role requires a strong background in marketing and finance, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships that drive sales and long-term value.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and present profitable real estate investment opportunities to clients.
  • Advise clients on property portfolios, market trends, and investment strategies.
  • Promote and sell Brooklyn Homes' real estate offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and investment plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and branding efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in investment advisory, real estate sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and a persuasive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Abuja.
