We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our project management team. This role provides hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract management, and financial oversight of construction projects. You will work closely with senior quantity surveyors, project managers, and contractors to gain practical knowledge in quantity surveying

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Support in evaluating contractor quotations and analysing cost variations.
- Conduct material take-offs and measurements from drawings.
- Assist in contract administration, including preparing progress reports and claims.
- Participate in site visits to monitor work progress and verify quantities.
- Support in maintaining project cost control and cash flow monitoring.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Degree in a related field
