Responsibilities:
Customer communication:
- Communicate deeply with customers to understand their needs and design vision, and provide professional advice and solutions.
- Adjust the design plan according to customer feedback to ensure that customer expectations are met.
Design and development:
- Design space layout, select colors, materials and furniture, and develop detailed design plans and renderings.
- Create decoration designs that meet actual usage functions and improve space utilization.
Market research:
- Continuously pay attention to the trends in the decoration design industry and the development of new materials and technologies to maintain the innovation and competitiveness of the design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or related majors.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in interior decoration design.
- Have a good sense of space, color matching ability and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with customers, construction teams and suppliers.
- Have a deep understanding of construction technology, material properties and relevant regulations.
