Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Inspect and account for delivered supplies, check inventory levels, and place orders for new ingredients and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- SSCE Certificate is required
- At least 1 year of experience
