Job Summary
We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced Home Lesson Tutor to provide one-on-one instruction to students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
- Working Hours : Afternoon Shift
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized instruction and support to the children in a home-based setting
- Implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
- Utilize creative and innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote learning
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Special Needs qualification would be an added advantage
- Proven experience working with students with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
- Resides close to Lekki 1
- Can work 4:30pm-6:30pm daily
- Knowledge of behavioural support strategies and crisis intervention techniques
