Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a dedicated Health Trainer to support our growing network of wellness centers. The ideal candidate will deliver training on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), therapeutic massage techniques, and product usage. This role requires strong learning abilities, effective training skills, and excellent communication.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Master training materials on TCM, massage techniques, and product knowledge.
- Design and deliver health-focused training for wellness center staff.
- Conduct workshops and sessions for new and existing employees.
- Identify training gaps and recommend learning strategies.
- Travel for on-site training across states.
- Align training with operational goals and maintain training records.
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of health topics, preferably in wellness or traditional practices.
- Excellent teaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to travel and proficiency in training tools.
- Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, Public Health, Alternative Medicine, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in training or health education.
- Background in wellness/alternative medicine (preferred).
Remuneration: NGN150,000 Monthly
