There is an urgent opening for the position of a vibrant head teacher in BOSEDE IDEHEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL located at Abule Egba, area of Lagos State Nigeria. The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.

- Experience Level: Senior level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating an academic program for students that meets national and international standards
- Working closely and communicating with students’ parents
- Helping assess students’ needs and development
- Selecting, training, supporting, and assessing staff
- Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students
- Using data to track student performance and produce reports
- Working with external advisors and school governors
- Controlling school finances
- Ensuring the safety of all learners in the school.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Arts, Business
- PGDE. A Masters Degree will be an added Advantage.
- Business management skills with a track record.
- Openness and flexibility
- The ability to work well with others
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Leadership skills
- The ability to teach and design courses
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
