Job Summary
Dolphin School is looking to hire a headteacher who will create a positive and appropriate learning environment through the management of the school. The headteachers are the face of the school and should be able to communicate effectively and speak fluent English. Duties include helping deliver the highest standard of education to the students, supporting staff and parents, and ensuring an overall safe and successful school environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the school, teachers, parents, and facilities. To ensure proper adherence to curriculum and communication well between management, staff, and parents. To ensure proper running and management of school facilities.
- Exhibit and express high expectations and establish community targets.
- Assess, organize, and execute flexible curriculum and effective assessment framework.
- Plan, support and assess individuals' and teams' work to ensure task delegation.
- Ensure a reasonable (teacher-staff) schoolwork balance.
- Create a staff performance management program.
- Implement effective systems and incorporate teachers’ appraisals
- Create a road map to achieve targets for School’s achievement.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND, B.SC B.ED, and higher in education
- A minimum of proven 5 years experience heading a school with references and achievements
- Detailed references of places worked at and achievements in those places.
- Proficiency in speaking fluent English and being able to teach it
- Proficiency in math and other subjects and being able to teach them.
- Proficiency in management processes and practices
Location: The position is full-time, and applicants must be ready to relocate to Onitsha Anambra.
- Accommodation is provided by the school.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 120,000
