Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve the operational systems, workflows, and processes that power our sales, marketing, and admin functions.
  • Team Oversight & Performance: Supervise department leads and support staff, ensuring accountability, productivity, and alignment with company goals across all units.
  • Process & Systems Management: Own end-to-end business processes — from client onboarding and transaction documentation to CRM management and internal reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track operational KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide data-backed recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in the Nigerian real estate space.
  • Vendor & Resource Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers; oversee procurement and resource allocation.
  • Culture & Execution: Champion a high-performance, execution-focused culture. Lead by example — setting the tone for discipline, accountability, and results.

Requirements:
  • Real Estate Marketing Background is mandatory; you must have hands-on experience working in a real estate marketing or property sales firm.
  • Active or proven sales background: You must have personally sold properties or be an active salesperson. 
  • Proven experience in operations management within a real estate marketing environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with productivity tools, CRM platforms, and operational reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Must reside in Ajah or its environs (Sangotedo, Ogombo, Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, Ibeju-Lekki axis). Proximity to our office is important; we need someone who can show up consistently.
  • A self-starter who does not wait to be managed.
