A renowned one-stop retail supermarket is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Learning and Development to lead talent development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing impactful programs, and driving continuous learning across all levels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning programs
- Design and implement engaging and impactful learning solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and effectiveness
- Monitor training outcomes, analyze learning data, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Integrate innovative training technologies to enhance the learner experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning tools
- HR or L&D certification is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 7 Million Annual
