Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Cut, trim, and shape hair to enhance the client’s appearance using clippers, scissors, razors, or trimmers.
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments while ensuring proper application and safety.
- Style hair using blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons, and styling products.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products to clients based on hair type and lifestyle.
- Wash, condition, and treat hair and scalp as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at workstations and with tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Upsell salon services and retail products to meet client needs and drive sales.
- Build and retain a client base through excellent service and communication.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- A minimum of an SSCE certificate is required
