Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, packaging, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
- Create layouts and templates for both internal and external communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Prepare and optimize design files for web, print, and production.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
